We have made methods to set up 2FA via the mobile app or web platform and both with require you to utalise a authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Authy.

To set up 2FA through the mobile app first navigate to your settings via the more icon in the bottom left. Then click on the "Two Factor Authentication" button.

The app will then give you instructions on what to do next.
Copy the setup key then using your authenticator app to set up the 2FA connection on the app. Once the authenticator app gives you the time sensitive code, paste that into the 6 digit space under step 3.

Once connected the app will display recovery codes incase you lose access to your authenticator app. Please store these somewhere safe.

The Web method follows the same workflow as the app.
Open your settings tab by going to your profile then clicking on the settings cog.

Then navigate to the Two Factor Authentication section.

Next either scan the QR code with your mobile or copy the Setup Key and enter it into your authenticator app.

The authenticator app will then generate a 6 digit code to enter in the "Code" field in Arc.

Arc will then display recovery codes incase you lose access to your authenticator app. Please store these somewhere safe.
