Projected Max

We utalise projected max in a few locations in Lumin Strength.

We have applied the Bryzycki theory to our Projected Max calculations which state:

Projected Max = Weight Lifted x (36 /(37-Reps completed))

So if an athlete lifted 100kg for 3 reps;

Projected Max = 100 x (36/(37-3)) = 105.88kg.

In the programmer, we take the highest calculated projected max as the athletes "Max weight" when prescribing in terms of %1RM.
