The medical report is one of the most advanced features in the medical suite. The report allows staff to report on injury and illness items that affect their decision making such as team selection or post season analysis.

Navigate to REPORTS then Medical Report.

The report shows off summary information on the health Items including:

  • Athlete name

  • Item Status

  • Issue ( Type, location)

  • Severity

  • Onset date - when did symptoms start

  • Recovered by - Practitioner/athlete that resolved the item and when

  • Notes and attachments

There are A LOT of parameter you can specify in the report, including:

  1. Date Range

  2. Current Status

    1. All - All items that were active during the time frame

    2. Recovered - All items that were recovered during the time frame

    3. Not recovered - All items that are not recovered

  3. Reported by

    1. Staff and Athlete - Items created by either

    2. Athlete - Items created by only athletes

    3. Staff - Items created by only staff

  4. Injuries/Illnesses - Specify if the report should include illnesses, injuries or both

  5. Severity - Filter by the severity of the items

  6. Practitioner - Specify what staff member created the items

  7. Athletes - Filter the athletes the health items belong to

  8. Toggle to hide items created outside of the date range

Filtering by Illness/Injuries also opens up a few more parameters to filter by including:

  • Type of Injury/Illness

  • Area of health Item

As an example this could allow you to look at all knee tendon issues over the time period selected.

You can also export the report based on the predefined parameters to csv.
