Our Health Module allows your Physio and Doctors to input player injuries, write assessment notes, upload rehab plans and scans and view historical injury data, all whilst being visible to the applicable coaches. The Arc Health Module can be accessed by visiting the "Health" tab on any Athlete's page. From here, you can track injuries or illnesses using the Orchard Sports Injury and Illness Classification System (OSIICS).

Know how your athletes are doing at a glance

When an athlete is injured or ill, a coloured ring will highlight their display picture. Yellow rings indicate athlete-reported injuries or illnesses. Red rings indicate the practitioner reported injury. Gain more information on an athlete's injuries or illnesses by hovering their avatar.

Recording injuries or illnesses

It's more than likely that injuries or illness will be initially reported by your athletes via the Arc Mobile app.

If you would like to go into greater detail, a practitioner on your platform with the "Medical Manager" role can create an injury or illness from the Health tab. Injuries or illnesses can be selected directly via the corresponding OSIICS code or via the manual dropdown selections.

Track injuries and illnesses with detail

Notes and prescriptions can be recorded by practitioners using your platform, that have been assigned the "Medical Manager" role. Notes are recorded using the industry-standard SOAP format. You can continue adding notes as the injury or illness develops. Prescriptions can be recorded and applied for a specified timeframe. These could be medical, management, rehabilitation or other. Ensure you click save once creating all notes or prescriptions. These all have the ability to be edited by clicking the 'edit' button.

Attach Documents/Files to Injuries

Finally, athletes and practitioners can attach any relevant files, such as x-rays, scans or medical reports. Simply Navigate to the injury you the file is associated with and click on the "New Attachment" button.

What to do when an athlete recovers

Athletes can mark themselves as recovered from any injuries or illnesses that they reported themselves via the Arc Mobile app. Practitioners can resolve both athlete-reported and practitioner-reported health items. This can be done from the Health tab, or when looking at the injury/illness detail screen.
