Connecting Lumin and TeamBuildr
Please note that this will not sync historic data. See the "Importing Historic Data" section below.
By linking Teambuildr with Lumin, workouts from TeamBuildr will be synced with Lumin automatically, 30 minutes after a workout is completed.
On your TeamBuildr account navigate to Settings, then click on the Integrations section in the sidebar.
Now enter your team's Arc subdomain and path in the fields provided. This can be found in your browser's navigation bar. In the example provided below, you would enter "demo" into the subdomain field and "aufb-156194" in the path field.
Now the connection is established you have to link TeamBuildr and Lumin profiles.
In the Lumin platform, navigate to Admin > Integrations, and click Teambuildr from the list of integrations shown.
Most athletes will auto-link if their names are spelled similarly on both platforms.
For those that don't auto-link simply click on the link athlete dropdown.
Importing Historic Data
If you are currently subscribed to the TeamBuildr Platinum Subscription or higher, you can import your historic data from TeamBuildr into Lumin.
If you are not familiar with TeamBuildr's Raw Data Report, please refer to the following documentation:
https://support.teambuildr.com/article/olkw0p1tmt-how-to-run-a-raw-data-report
To export data from TeamBuildr:
Visit Coach Tools > Reporting
Update Filters to "Select by Group", then select "All"
Select the Raw Data report
Highlight the "Completed Workouts" option
Select the date range you would like to export
Tick the "Show Advanced Workout Data" option
Click "Download Report"
To import your raw data into Lumin:
In the Lumin platform, visit Admin > Integrations
If "TeamBuildr" is not in the list, click the "Add" button to enable the TeamBuildr integration
Once the integration is enabled, visit Apps > Importers
Select the "TeamBuildr Data" importer
Upload the file you exported from TeamBuildr. This process may take a while depending on the size of your file. You may prefer to export your workouts from TeamBuilder in one-year or one-group chunks to speed this up.
Once the file is uploaded and the import planning has been completed, you'll be shown a preview of the data we're about to import, and any rows that are invalid.
Click the "Import" button to run the import. This step may also take some time depending on the size of your file.
Once complete, your historic data will be available in the Lumin Platform.
TeamBuildr Strength Visuals
Once the integration is established and athletes are linked TeamBuildr data will begin to populate our visuals. This lives in three main areas:
1. Athlete's Strength Tab
The graph tracks daily totals of reps, sets and load lifted, it also shows the heaviest weight lifted for that session.
The Table displays a more in-depth breakdown of what was completed by the athlete.
By using the filters sidebar, users can sort the data by date, exercise name, exercise type and TeamBuildr Tags.
2. Strength Leaderboard
The strength Leaderboard displays the largest weight lifted for an exercise over the timeframe selected.
Users can set up what exercises they want on the leaderboards by navigating to Settings > Leaderboards.
3. Team Strength Dashboard
The Team Strength Dashboard shows similar information to the strength Tab but gives oversight of the team's results.
By clicking on a date, you can visualise what was completed by each athlete.
