We have introduced privacy settings that let you opt out of analytics and AI features that use your personal data.
These settings apply to both individual users and Team Admins.
This feature is especially valuable for:
GDPR-compliant organisations
Schools and colleges
Security-conscious teams
Organisations completing compliance checklists
The opt-out only applies to AI features that require personal data sharing — it does not affect core platform functionality.
How to Opt Out (Team Admins)
Team Admins can apply privacy settings at the team level.
1. Open Admin Tool > Settings
2. Access Security & Privacy
3. Toggle AI Opt-Out
How to Opt Out (Athletes / Users)
1. My Profile
2. Access Settings (Click the Settings (cog icon) in the top-right corner)
3. Open Privacy Settings
4. Toggle Opt-Out Options
You will see two available options:
Opt out of Analytics
Opt out of AI features requiring my data
