Athlete Physical Testing Views

Use the athlete Physical Testing tab to review and customise dashboard views for a single athlete. Athlete views help you focus on trends, comparisons, and test-specific charts for one athlete at a time.

Open an athlete Physical Testing view

  1. Open the athlete profile.

  2. Select the Physical Testing tab.

From here you can configure the athlete view by:

  1. Changing the date range

  2. Selecting what View you are looking at

  3. Configure the current view including name and access

  4. Add/Edit the widgets in the view

In the View dropdown you can also:

  • Configure existing Views

  • Delete Views

  • Duplicate Views

  • Create new Views

Creating and Editing a view

When creating a new view you can configure the settings of the view:

  • Name the View

  • Select if the view should apply to all athletes or just the selected one

  • Provide access of the view to other users or groups. Access can include viewing and editing privileges.

When editing a view you can:

  • Resize widgets

  • Edit, clone and delete widgets

  • Add new widgets

To add a widget you can search for the widget or use the filters provided including:

  • Test type (CMJ, Beep Test, Nordic etc)

  • Created by

  • Widget type (Line, Scatter, Histogram etc)

Creating and Editing Widgets

Note: Editing a widget on a view or dashboard will edit the widget on all views and dashboards.

When creating and editing a widget you configure the metrics, visuals and analysis for a specific test.

  1. Pick a chart type

    1. Line, KPI Tile, Asymmetry, Scatter, Histogram

  2. Name the widget

  3. Specify if the test has been conducted by the athlete or not for filtering

    1. Note the test must have been conducted by an athlete to be visible on the platform

  4. Select Test type

    1. CMJ, Nordic, Hop test etc

  5. Select the metrics

    1. Flight Time, Peak Force etc

  6. Select the trendline (KPI and line only)

  7. Select the Trendline

    1. Year Average, All time average, Benchmark, Z-Score

  8. Write a summary of the widget to help explain it's importance

Widget type

Use it for

Line

Show a time series for one to four metrics.

KPI tile

Show one big-number metric.

Asymmetry

Compare a left and right metric pair.

Scatter

Compare two metrics as X and Y values.

Histogram

Show squad distribution with this athlete highlighted.

Specialty

Use a dedicated chart for supported custom test types.

Trendline Type

How we calculate it

Year Average

Average across all data captured in the last year.

All time Average

Average across all data captured for the athlete.

Benchmark

Average across data capture for the group selected.

Z-Score

Creates a SWC band with a width of 2 standard deviations based on the selected date range.
