Importers let you bring data into Lumin when a direct integration or API is not available. Once imported, the data can appear in graphs and visuals across the platform.
Open Importers
In the sidebar, click Apps.
Click Importers.
Select the importer you want to use.
Upload a file
Click Import.
Drag and drop your file into the upload area, or select the file from your computer.
Upload the raw file from the source system.
Do not edit or reformat the file before uploading.
Review the import
Review the table preview.
Check that the data looks correct.
Click Import.
Link athletes after importing
Go to Admin.
Click Integrations.
Open the integration you just imported into.
Review the athlete links.
Manually link any athletes that were not matched automatically.
Lumin will try to match athletes from systems like Catapult and SPT automatically. You may need to link some athletes manually if their names are different between systems.
What happens next
Imported activity data should link to athlete profiles within 5 minutes of the import or manual linking being completed.
