Importers can be used to import data from external sources where integrations or APIs are not available. This data will then file directly into graphs and visuals on the platform.
Select Apps in the sidebar, then select Importers. Select the importer that you wish to set up.
Then select import, and you can drag and drop it into the page or select the file. You can then upload the relevant file – this needs to be a raw file straight from the source (without formatting it).
You will then have the opportunity to review the table. If happy, click import.
You will need to then go to Admin > Integrations. Select the integration you just imported to. Arc does its best to link users from Catapult/SPT to Arc automatically, but you may need to manually link some users if they have different names etc.
Activity data should be linked within 5 minutes after importing or manually linking them above.
