To successfully use your Lumin platform, you need to invite your users! This includes both athletes and staff.
Click Admin, then Users, then Invite New.
You can choose the option to 'Invite many at once. This will take you to a text box where you can enter multiple emails on a separate line. This will then send to all emails.
Upon invitation being sent. All users will be assigned as athletes. See how to change roles to assign a new role to the invited user.
Roles are associated with users in Lumin. Roles determine user hierarchy, including the visualisations and data that users can see, alerts that may be sent, and data input.
Deleting Users
To delete users from Lumin navigate to Admin -> Users then click on the triple dots on the user you with to delete. Then click "Delete".
This will remove the user from the platform. Data will be kept in Lumin for 30 days, or can be deleted immediately upon request.
