Using the Calendar

This feature can be accessed by clicking "Scheduler" in the left sidebar.

Selecting your calendar view

At the top right of the corner of the calendar, you can change between a monthly, weekly and daily view. This can help to organise your calendar when you have a busy schedule.

Changing the year/month/day

You can quickly switch years by using the dropdown selector at the top left of the page. You can also click the arrows on either side of the displayed month to move back and forward one month at a time.

Switching between Team Calendar and Personal Calendar

By switching the "Only show events I'm invited to" toggle, you can quickly switch between viewing the team schedule and your own personal schedule.

Viewing the details of an event

By clicking on an event in the calendar, a sidebar will appear outlining the details of an event, including the time, location, attendees and an event summary, if provided.

Creating an event

Clicking the "New Event" button at the top right corner of the page will open a sidebar on the right-hand side of the page, with a form to fill out your event.

Scheduling recurring events

    • e.g. Training Session every 2 days

  • Every n weeks

    • e.g. Team meetings every 2 weeks

Then click on the roll sheet button
