Configuring Seasons and Rounds enables many features in Arc, including Post-game Coach feedback and Athlete Trademark questionnaires. Post Game surveys allow athletes and coaches to submit subjective data based on performance and configured team values/trademarks.
Setting up Seasons and Rounds
Seasons and Rounds can be configured by clicking the Apps > Matches sidebar menu item.
Once you're on the Matches page, you can create a season by clicking the NEW button in the top right corner of the page. You can name the season, specify the start and end dates, and select the athletes, or groups of athletes, that are active in this season (this enables you to manage concurrent seasons for different squads).
Once your season has been created, you can start adding rounds to it by navigating to the Rounds tab, and clicking the NEW ROUND button. Specify the name, date and an option description (such as who you are playing against), before clicking SAVE.
Viewing your Rounds on the Scheduler
By default, rounds are hidden from the scheduler, as they may get noisy for teams with a lot of groups. If you wish to see them on the scheduler, you can do so by clicking the Calendar Icon, and clicking the checkbox next to Matches. These preferences will save for you, but other team members will have to follow the same steps to see rounds on their own calendars.
