Setting up Seasons and Rounds

Configuring Seasons and Rounds enables many features in Lumin, including Post-game Coach feedback and Athlete Trademark questionnaires. Post Game surveys allow athletes and coaches to submit subjective data based on performance and configured team values/trademarks.

What you can do

  • Create seasons for different squads

  • Add rounds (games) to each season

  • Enable post-game feedback from athletes and coaches

Create a Season

  1. Go to Apps > Matches

  2. Click New

  3. Enter a season name

  4. Set the start and end dates

  5. Select the relevant athletes or groups

  6. Click Save

You can create multiple seasons to manage different teams at the same time.

Add Rounds to a Season

  1. Open your season

  2. Go to the Rounds tab

  3. Click New Round

  4. Enter the round name

  5. Select the date

  6. Add a description (e.g. opponent)

  7. Click Save

Viewing your Rounds on the Scheduler

By default, rounds are hidden from the scheduler, as they may get noisy for teams with a lot of groups. If you wish to see them on the scheduler:

  1. Open the Scheduler

  2. Click the Calendar icon

  3. Tick Matches

This setting applies to your view only. Other users need to enable this separately.

Next Steps

To take Seasons and Rounds a step further, you can set up Trademark questions for your entire team, or for particular groups within your team.
