Reviewing post-game feedback
View and manage feedback submitted by athletes and coaches after a game.
Open your season
Go to Apps > Matches.
Find your season.
Click View.
View round results
Click the Results tab.
Find the round you want to review.
Click View Results.
Tip: You can get to the most recent round results quickly, via the "Most Recent Round" widget on the Summary tab
Review athlete feedback
View feedback submitted by athletes for each round.
Scroll through the list to see individual responses.
Leave coach feedback for your athletes
Turn on the Show Coach Feedback toggle.
Find the athlete.
Click Update.
Complete the questions in the pop-up.
Click Save.
A pop-up will appear with a list of questions to review your athlete's performance. These questions are based on the Trademarks you have configured.
Update or delete feedback
Open the feedback using the same steps above.
Make your changes.
Click Save.
To delete feedback:
Click Delete in the bottom-right of the pop-up.
How do my athletes review my feedback?
Athletes receive a push notification 5 minutes after feedback is submitted.
This delay allows you to make quick updates if needed.
Athletes can tap the notification to view feedback in the Lumin mobile app.
