Reviewing Match Feedback via the Arc Mobile app
If you are using a new version of the Lumin Mobile app, you will be able to access feedback via the Calendar section of the app. To do this, click the "Calendar" link in the bottom navigation bar, and find the date that your Match was played. Clicking on that date will open up a menu at the bottom of the screen, listing all events for that day. Click the "View" button for the match event.
On this screen, you will be able to review both the feedback that you left for the match, as well as any feedback that your coach has left.
As a shortcut to the above steps, you should receive a push notification when a coach leaves feedback for you. Clicking the notification will take you straight to the feedback page in Arc Mobile.
Reviewing Match Feedback via the Lumin Web app
To access Match feedback, first go to My Profile, and click the "Matches" tab at the top of the page.
On this page you will be able to view a summary of your season performance, as well as round-by-round feedback.
To view your coaches feedback for a round, select the desired season/round via the dropdown selectors at the top of the page:
You will also be able to review the feedback you left yourself for the round.
