Trademarks are an extension of the Post Game surveys, allowing you to hone in on your team values by having athletes and coaches review their performance in each Trademark after each game.
Setting up Trademarks
To set up Trademarks, go to the Admin menu item (in the sidebar), then click "Settings". Beneath the Questionnaire heading, click the "Post-game" tab.
To create a new Trademark, click the "NEW" button in the top right corner.
From here, you fill in the details of your trademark, how you would like the question asked in the post-game questionnaire, and what group(s) of athletes should be asked this Trademark question (leave blank to ask all athletes).
Trademark Question Type
You can set the question type for the trademark questions for your team. Currently, you can choose from:
Rating - A slider rating to rate trademarks numerically on a scale from 1 to 10, where 1 is a low/poor score and 10 is a high/positive score.
Red/Green - A pass/fail traffic light system to rate trademarks. Example usage: "Red" = didn't meet trademark expectations or "Green" = Did meet trademark expectations.
Text response - A qualitative response, used to gather comments and deeper reflection.
NOTE: You cannot change the question type after you have created your trademark. Instead, we recommend that you create a new trademark and disable the old one. This will preserve all historic data and visuals.
