Once you have an Lumin account created you can download the mobile App.
This is mainly used by athletes with several key features:
Daily Wellbeing Check-ins
Post Training Surveys (RPE)
Post Game Surveys
Completing gym programs
Team communication features
Viewing Wellbeing data
Viewing Sleep data
Viewing Training data
Viewing the team's schedule
Staff are welcome to download the app if they wish to see how the athletes experience the app. To download the app click on one of the following links depending on your device.
Updating Lumin App on the iOS App Store
On your iPhone and iPad, apps that you've downloaded from the App Store will be automatically updated by default. But if there's an issue, you can update an app manually.
Open the App Store.
Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
Scroll to see pending updates and release notes. Tap Update next to the Lumin Mobile app to update only Arc Mobile, or tap Update All.

Open the Google Play Store app
At the top right, tap the profile icon.
Tap Manage apps & device
Scroll to see pending updates and release notes. Tap Update next to the Lumin app to update only the Lumin app, or tap Update All.
