You can upload your existing exercise library into Lumin Strength using a CSV or XLSX file. This can help you move exercises from another system or bulk-check exercise details before adding them to your library.
β
This will help quickly ingest exercises to your Lumin Library which could help with migrating exercises from a different provider, or to quality control the exercise creation.
