Session Analysis

Session Analysis gives you a set by set breakdown of athlete data and summarises results.

The sessions analysis section provides access to critical information on athlete strength results including:

  • Critical information on sessions including

    • Completed/Missed/In progress sessions

    • Athlete notes left

    • Skipped and substituted exercises

  • Session results breakdown

    • Set by Set measurement results

    • Targets Set

    • Exercise results history

Accessing the Session Analysis

  1. Go to the Strength tab.

  2. Select Session.

  3. The Session Analysis summary page will open.

Session Status and Summary Info

On the session summary screen you will see critical information on the programs and athletes including:

  1. Session status

    1. Completed

    2. In Progress

    3. Not Started (Missed)

  2. Notes left in the session

  3. Sets skipped

  4. Exercises substituted

Filter session data

Use the filters on the summary page to narrow down the data shown.

You can filter by:

  1. Athletes

  2. Programs

  3. Date range

  4. Alerts, including: Skipped exercises, Comments, Swapped exercises

Session Breakdown

Clicking on a session on the overview section will take you to the session breakdown which includes:

  • Session notes

  • Exercise notes

  • Set by set breakdown of results

    • Weight completed, duration, time etc

  • Exercises skipped, missed or substituted

  • Exercise historical progression/results

Export session data

  1. From the Session Analysis page, select Export in the top-right corner.

  2. Choose the export type:

    • Session

    • Exercise

    • Set

  3. Choose whether to include:

    • Planned programming

    • Comments

  4. Export the data as a CSV file.

Accessing the Session Analysis - Athletes Tab

All the above functionality can also be done directly from the athletes tab if you know what athlete's data you want to inspect you can head there first for a more filtered view on results.

View session data from an athlete profile

  1. Open the athlete’s profile.

  2. Select the Strength tab.

  3. View the athlete’s previous strength sessions.

  4. Select a program if needed.

  5. Click into a session to review the details.

Use Exercise Analysis

  1. From the athlete’s Strength area, select Exercise Analysis.

  2. Review the graph at the top of the page.

  3. Use the table below to view exercise data.

  4. Turn data points on or off in the graph as needed.

  5. Use the filter panel to refine the view by:

    • Date range

    • Grouping option (Days, Weeks, Months)

    • Exercise Type

    • Exercise Name

    • Tags

Exercise Analysis gives a visual view of exercise results and progression over time.
