Users looking to export strength session analysis for external stakeholders, or to utilize data visualisation platforms such as Power BI, can now do so through our Session Export feature.

To export a strength session analysis, navigate through the Strength tab to Sessions, and filter the data to be exported by:

  • Athletes

  • Programs

  • Date Range

When the user clicks Export, any filters currently selected on the page will apply to the export. A user can then choose between session, exercise and set-level exports.

  • Session: one row is exported per session, providing session summary info and session totals

  • Exercise: one row is exported per session-exercise, providing session summary info, exercise summary info and exercise totals

  • Set: one row is exported per session-exercise-set, providing the deepest granularity: session summary, exercise summary, set summary and raw set values for every parameter collected

The toggles can then be used to enable or disable the exporting of planned data and session or set comments. Exporting comments is set as disabled by default, due to the possibility of there being sensitive data included. Session analysis data will then be exported as a CSV.
