Viewing Assigned Sessions

Programs assigned to an athlete which have started or start within the next 4 weeks are listed on the home screen. To view programs that have ended or start later than 4 weeks in the future, click the "View All" button.

Clicking on a program navigates you to a week-by-week breakdown of the program, including program/block information and weekly sessions.

Starting a Session

Clicking on a session opens up the session overview screen. This screen displays a preview of the session, and allows you to expand each exercise/exercise group to view a set-by-set breakdown. Clicking the Start/Resume/Update button at the bottom of the screen will allow you to enter results for the session.

Completing a Session

After starting the session, each set prescribed will be displayed with one page per set. There are a number of details on each page:

  1. Exercise name

  2. Exercise group name

  3. Exercise prescribed targets

  4. Exercise info and result history

  5. Coach Notes (These are specific instructions for this exercise such as "Focus on speed")

  6. Enter required results (These are specified in the program)

  7. RM calculator

  8. Skip/Swap (Or substitute) the exercise

  9. Upcoming Exercise preview

  10. View session - shows the workout screen shown above to look at the entire session or navigate to another exercise.

  11. Exercise Navigation Buttons (Move to the next or previous exercise)

    1. You can also do that by swiping on the page

  12. Once results are entered they will change colour to show they are completed

  13. Send a coach a message/Enable rest timer/Stopwatch/Exit the program

  14. The nav arrows move the cursor

If you return to a session you have already started, you will be automatically placed on the first incomplete set in the session.

Navigating the workout

There are several ways you can navigate inside the workout.

  • You can swipe left and right to move forward and back exercises

  • You can use the arrow buttons at the bottom of the screen to move forward and back exercises

  • You can use the session overview window to skip to a specific exercise

    • This also shows completed and in progress exercises

Metronome & Stopwatch Utility

From the drop-down menu in the top-right corner of the session entry page, athletes can select Stopwatch. The stopwatch can count up, count down, or record lap splits. It can be used for exercises that require time-based data entries or for activities performed for time without submitting a duration.

When an exercise includes a 3- or 4-digit tempo prescription, a waveform icon will appear next to the exercise. Tap this icon to open the Tempo Metronome, which helps you maintain the prescribed tempo during the movement.

When opened, the Tempo Metronome displays a phase breakdown with the counts and speeds for each portion of the movement. You can also enable Sound or Haptics to receive audible beats or vibration cues to help you follow the tempo.

Substituting/skipping an exercise

Clicking on the Skip/Swap button allows you to skip and exercise or swap the exercise with a different one.

Selecting Swap will provide a list of suggested exercises that are mechanically similar to the prescribed one (based on tags). Alternatively, you can search all exercises in the exercise library.

Exercise Information/History

The INFO/HISTORY button opens a popup consisting of two main sections:

Exercise Information

The INFORMATION section shows information about the specific exercise including:

  • Technical focuses

  • Equipment used

  • Major muscle groups

This information is based on tags and notes written by the coach.

History

The HISTORY section lists recent results for the exercise, highlighting your best and latest results.

Submitting your workout

At the end of the session you will be presented with a summary screen which shows what you have completed.

This screen also highlights any exercises you may have accidentally missed.
