Strength Maxes Report

Track the projected max of your team's key lifts

Using the Strength Maxes Report you can track the projected max from selected athletes and lifts. This report will also show the Date and Reps in which this Max occurred, to create some context around the effort.

To navigate to the report:

  1. Click on Reports in the sidebar

  2. Select Strength Exercise Maxes

There are several selections you can make in the report:

  1. Select Athletes or Groups

  2. Select Exercises

  3. Toggle between projected max and Max Weight Lifted
